Book a consultation, and come prepared

Send your reports before the visit and the first consultation becomes far more useful. Requests are answered on the same working day. Injuries, major burns and amputated parts should be brought straight in, without waiting for a slot.

How it works

Four steps, start to finish

1

Send your details

Use the form on this page or WhatsApp. Give a phone number, the city you are travelling from, and a short description of the problem so the right time is set aside for you.

2

Share reports before the visit

Photographs, discharge summaries, scans and previous operation notes help more than anything else. Sending them early often changes what is planned for the first visit.

3

Confirm the slot and centre

The team replies on the same working day with an available time and confirms which centre suits you. Outstation patients are grouped so tests and consultation fall on the same trip where possible.

4

Come in for assessment

The consultation covers examination, the options that genuinely apply, and what each involves. A written estimate follows once the plan is agreed.

What to bring to the first visit

✦Any previous operation notes or discharge summaries
✦Recent scans, X ray films and blood reports
✦A list of current medicines, including doses
✦Insurance card, TPA details or the scheme card if you plan to use one
✦Photographs taken earlier, if the problem changes in appearance
✦The family member who will help with care at home

Request an appointment

We reply on the same working day. For emergencies, call instead of writing.

Questions patients ask

Booking questions, answered

These are the questions that come up most often about appointments. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp and the team will reply, usually the same day.

An appointment is better because it reduces waiting and lets the team review your reports beforehand. Injuries and other urgent problems are seen without one, and calling ahead helps the team prepare.

Requests are answered on the same working day in most cases. If you have not heard back by the next day, send a WhatsApp message so the team can check what happened.

Yes, and it is encouraged. Sending photographs, scans and previous notes in advance lets the team judge how urgent the problem is and how much time the first visit needs.

Consultation charges apply and are told to you when the appointment is confirmed, so there is no surprise on the day. Ask when you book if you want the exact figure in advance.

Say so when you write. Visits are planned so that assessment, tests and, where possible, admission fall together, and the team will tell you how many days to allow.

Yes. Family members book for children, elderly patients and anyone in hospital. Give the patient details and a number that will actually be answered.

Do not use the form. Call the emergency line or go to the nearest hospital straight away, particularly for an amputated part, heavy bleeding or a major burn.
