The Adajan centre is where consultations, wound review and surgical planning happen for patients on this side of the city. It is one of two centres the practice runs in Surat, so you can choose whichever address suits your travel. The centre and the time are confirmed with you before the visit.

Nothing is quoted from a list, because the same operation can be small or large depending on what is found on examination. A written estimate is prepared before admission so that you know the figure in advance, and the insurance position is checked at the same time.
Patients reaching this centre most often come from Adajan and the localities on the same side of the city.
Each page below covers one kind of work at the Surat clinic, with the questions patients ask about it, the cost band and how to reach the team.
These are the questions asked most often before a first visit to this address. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp and the team will reply, usually the same day.
Ask your question →It is at 203, Trinity Business Park, opposite G3 Store, Madhuvan Circle, LP Savani Road, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009. The building stands two minutes from Madhuvan Circle, with the G3 Store directly opposite, so the store frontage is the simplest thing to look for. Ask for unit 203 inside the building.
The OPD runs Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00, and it works by appointment. Sunday is not an OPD day. Because sessions are held at more than one address, the exact slot given to you is confirmed when the appointment is booked rather than assumed from the timings alone.
Please book an appointment. The surgeon divides sessions between two addresses in the city and also operates, so a booked slot is the only way to be sure of being seen at this centre on the day you travel. Send a message on WhatsApp and the team will fix a time.
Yes, bring everything you have. X rays, scans, blood reports, discharge summaries and notes from any earlier operation all help, and photographs of the wound or the problem at its worst are useful too. Without them a second visit is often needed simply to review papers.
Paid parking is available in the basement of the building. If you are bringing someone who cannot walk far or who is being moved in a wheelchair, mention it while booking so the team can tell you where to bring the vehicle and how to reach the consulting room.
Yes. The surgeon who examines you, explains the options and plans the procedure is the one who carries it out, supported by the anaesthetist and theatre team. Anything that is better handled by another specialty is said plainly at the consultation rather than after admission.
Send a message on WhatsApp with a short description and clear photographs, and the team will respond and advise whether you should come in. For a fresh amputation, a major bleed, a deep burn or any injury needing immediate attention, go straight to the nearest emergency department first.
